Jaydeep Mone Udyog Kendra is a vocational training initiative of KOWYAS, dedicated to empowering young adults aged 18 years and above with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD). Building on the strong foundation of education, therapies, and life skills developed at Jidd Divyang Mulanchi Shala, the centre provides structured vocational training, practical skill development, and real-world learning opportunities that prepare students for greater independence, self-reliance, and meaningful participation in society.

Through hands-on vocational training, students develop practical skills, creativity, confidence, and work ethics while creating a diverse range of quality products. These include office and stationery files, greeting cards, handcrafted flowers and bouquets, home care products, as well as seasonal and festive products like Akash Kandil (Diwali lanterns), Nagoba clay idols, clay Diyas, Rakhis, Agarbatti, Diwali Utane, Kapus Vat, Torans, Flower Garlands, and other Decorative items. Every product is thoughtfully handcrafted by our students, reflecting their dedication, growing abilities, and journey towards independence.

The centre also organizes Awareness Programmes, Product Exhibitions, and Community Engagement activities, providing students with opportunities to showcase their talents, strengthen communication skills, and interact confidently with the wider community. Every purchase of a Jidda Products directly supports our students' vocational training and skill development, encouraging them to become confident, self-reliant, and active contributors to society.
