Aditi Ajay Deshpande brings a diverse background of public service, having served 14 years in the Police Department and working as a former Municipal Councilor (Nagarsevika). Associated with KOWYAS since 2005, she currently serves as the Vice Chairman and the President of the Jidda School Committee. Her extensive leadership extends to various bodies, including the Secretary of the Konkan Kanya Nagari Sahakari Patanstha, the Sanjay Gandhi Niradhar Yojana Committee, the ICC at DBJ and Finolex Colleges, and the Directorate of the Akhil Bharatiya Natya Parishad.

Sumati Dhonddev Jambhekar is a veteran social worker and educationist with over 47 years of dedicated service in the Konkan region. An M.Com. B.Ed. graduate and a retired secondary school teacher, she has been the foundational pillar of KOWYAS, having founded the organization in 1981 and serving as its Secretary ever since. Driven by a vision of inclusivity, she co-founded the 'Jidda' School for Children with Intellectual Disabilities on January 26, 1988, alongside Prof. Indumati Pol. Her extensive work spans special education, vocational training, cooperative credit societies, and rural development—efforts that earned her the prestigious Maharani Jamnabai Gaikwad Adarsh Mata State Award.

Pradip Shridhar Diwadkar serves as the Joint Secretary of KOWYAS, having been an integral part of the organization since 1988. He dedicated 38 years of exemplary service as the Principal of the 'Jidda' School for mentally challenged children before retiring in March 2026. Over his long career in special education, he has been honored with the Maharashtra Gunijan Ratan Gaurav Award, the Jambhekar Pratishthan Adarsh Shikshak Award, and the Late A. A. Desai Adarsh Shikshak Award.

Deepti Dilip Lad is a B.A. graduate who has served as the Treasurer of KOWYAS since 1994. She possesses an extensive 25-year background in social counseling at the Family Counseling Centre in Chiplun, where she has successfully guided over 500 women. She is actively involved with Mahila Mandal Chiplun, Konkan Kanya Nagari Sahakari Patanstha, and the Committee for Elimination of Sexual Harassment Against Women, alongside balancing a creative passion for culinary arts and food processing.

Aniruddha Nishikant Potdar is a qualified Chartered Accountant and a B.Com graduate who joined KOWYAS as a Committee Member in 2015. He brings valuable corporate and financial expertise to the organization, currently serving as a Manager at Roedl India Pvt. Ltd.

Advocate Vishwajit Manohar Yadav is a legal professional who completed his LLB from the prestigious Government Law College, Mumbai, and handles his family law firm, Yadav Associates. Associated with the trust since 2023, he previously served as the Secretary of Sangharsh Krida Mandal for six years and actively organizes district-level sports tournaments. He also serves as the Secretary of the Late MLA Ramesh More Pratishthan and works closely with the Rayat Sanghatana to streamline government welfare schemes for the community.
